Right of Withdrawal

In the framework of distance selling to consumers, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days, calculated from the day following the day of delivery, without incurring any penalty and without giving any reason. This right of withdrawal is only granted to consumers in order to allow them to assess the purchases under conditions similar to those of a physical store. The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. This right of withdrawal does not apply to legal persons or to goods purchased by a natural person for purposes related to their trade, business, craft or profession.

Consumers who wish to exercise this right of withdrawal must declare their intention unequivocally within 14 calendar days, from the day following the delivery of the goods, via letter or e-mail. When ordering, you will receive a template letter that can be used for this purpose. Furthermore, the consumer must return the product at their own risk and expense, without delay, in its original and undamaged packaging, ready for resale, to 8800 Roeselare, Kachtemsestraat 289 (Belgium) within 14 days after exercising the right of withdrawal. Products that are not in this condition upon receipt will remain available to the consumer for one month. The consumer will have to pay for these goods, as we cannot accept them as returns. The consumer must keep proof of dispatch (street – number – postal code – city – Belgium).

When the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the aforementioned conditions, we will repay the received payment within 14 days after notification, but not before we have received the product in an acceptable condition, as described under 6.5. The repayment will be made by bank transfer, so the consumer must provide their bank details (IBAN – BIC/SWIFT).

Return modalities

Damaged goods must be refused by the buyer. The buyer must notify Aero-Sense in writing within 24 hours after refusing the damaged goods. If the buyer accepts the damaged goods, all additional costs will be chargeable to the buyer.

Complaints about non-conformity and visible defects in our deliveries must be communicated in writing within 48 hours after delivery. All other complaints must be communicated in writing within 8 days after delivery. The burden of proof rests with the buyer.
