Can I contact Aero-Sense for small quantities?

Minimum order quantities (MOQ’s) apply to all orders. The MOQ can be found on the Technical Data Sheet, which can be downloaded from the site. If you need smaller quantities, contact us so we can send you the contact details of the nearest distributor, who may allow smaller orders.

What are the payment options in the Aero-Sense webshop?

How can I receive the Technical Data Sheet (TDS) of Aero-Sense products?

What is the shelf life of Aero-Sense products?

Does Aero-Sense provide a Certificate of Conformity (CoC)?

Yes, a Certificate of Conformity is included with every order.

Is it possible to brand the products with our own branding?

Certain Aero-Sense products are available with private label options. Feel free to contact us with your specific requirements are, and we inform you on the possibilities.

Does Aero-Sense offer international shipping?

Yes, Aero-Sense offers international shipping. We deliver worldwide, both inside and outside the EU. For orders outside the EU, we ask that you contact us via email to arrange shipping. Please feel free to contact us for more information and specific details.

Can I return my order?

Our customers have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of delivery without charge, provided the product is returned in its original, undamaged packaging and at the customer's expense. This right does not apply to companies or to products bought for professional use. For further details and conditions, please refer to our general terms and conditions.

Do you take back empty packaging?

Unfortunately, we do not take back empty packaging. Our return policy focuses on taking back unopened and undamaged products that are still in their original packaging. We cannot process empty packaging as it does not meet our return criteria. If you have any questions about our returns policy or other aspects of our service, we are happy to help.

What delivery terms do you offer?

The standard delivery condition for orders placed through the Aero-Sense webshop is DAP (Delivered At Place). However, depending on the requirement, we can also accommodate own pickup (FCA), CIP and CPT deliveries. Feel free to contact us to discuss your specific needs.
